Anyone got any news on MM2?

Hi everyone, good news from MMG2, lots of cranes going up and earth being moved from 7 in the morning until dark. Main activity is along the road opposite the new Barcelo Hotel this where La Goleta (apartments and shops outside MMG2) is being built. Lots of earth moving and conrete being poured on MMG2 and some cranes up where 14th fairway will be. PW say 15-18 months and everthing completes at the same time. Have some photos which I will post when I find out where.

Went down to MM2 on Sunday for a look again,   I will post photos as soon as I stop writing.

They have dug out the garages on the blocks E81 -E83, E78-80, E71-73, and the concrete has been poured, some others as well, unfortunately 

I did not have the map with me.  On the side of Mediterranean Lands (shops) there is much movement and foundations in.

I will go back in a month, anybody wanting photos of any specific apartment let me know the number, if it can be seen,  I will post some photos.

A friend has just gone over to his villa on Phase 1 and he reports that there are 12 cranes on the area around the new 14th.  I'm going over on 1st March and will take some pics.

A friend just came back from MM1 and reports that there is building going on from 7 in morning to 10 at night.  Cranes are going up every day.  Have posted some pics that he took.

I have just returned from a visit and have posted half a dozen photos of site.
Although they look like another "cranescape", one can actually make out a large number of blocks taking shape.
The first three are taken from the east side towards both the north and south. The last two, a little dark by now unfortunately, are taken from the north. You can make out a block which I think is E81,82,83 and other blocks to the right (E71,72,73 etc.).
There is also plenty of work going on in La Goleta as has been reported.
Who's having the first barbecue? - put me down!

How long is it since you paid Polaris?
I waited over three months before I got my guarantees for both first and second payments even though I kept pestering them.

I paid my initial 15% in April 2006 and my final 25% deposit in January 2007. It was december 2007 before I got my guarantee. PW are very slow. If you haven't paid your second 25% refuse to pay until you get your first guarantee. You can also get your solicitor to put your second deposit into a holding account to be released only when you receive your full guarantee - apparently PW then become very quick at dealing ith things. If you have already paid the full 40% keep pestering them.

I just paid and waited (11 months!) for my guarantee but other people on the thread above have given the 15% to their solicitor who has then kept it until PW have sent the guarantee.

Thank you very much. I mean with guarantee a documet of the banck (Caja de Ahorros del Mediterraneo) who pays you the money you have given to Polaris in case Polaris don´t give you your flat.  

I have been speaking with muy solicitor but he don´t know about holding accounts or swimilar ways to give Polaris the money of the 15% when the give me the bank guarantee. How works the way to give the money to the solicitor? What document or so I have to ask for to the solicitor in order to do give him the money until Polaris give me the guarantee?

My solicitor adviced me to stay in contact with others buyers just in case was necessary to demand them. Do you know if is created an association of buyers?
