Air con and Plumber/Handyman

Hi, we have recently purchased an apartment on Phase 1 and need to get some jobs done. Please can anyone recommend a good company to install air con? Also a plumber [we have a small leak under the sink and need a new kitchen tap] and a handyman [for hanging curtain poles, mirrors etc]?

For aircon you can't go wrong with Climazone ( http://www.climazone.net). Steve &  James the fitters do an excellent job, tidying up, etc. We got three units fitted for just €2000.

We purchased our 3 air condition units from the main electrical shop in Roldan.They have installed a lot of units all over our resorts .  Reliable and good.

 We used a local French plumber who was recommended to us. Very friendly, professional and very reasonable charges. I don't have his details to hand but can get them if you need them.
