You must remember if you let a property for profit then there are lots of rules etf. Heath and safety and in spain you would if not resident incur higher tax costs. Which would be very hard to cover your running costs . You'd need a very high occupancy and I would guess until Sierra Golf is on the map household likely get intermittent bookings.
We have never had a problem with the pool.and bar as it is same as the other bar and golf a business. We and our friends and family have all enjoyed using in all seasons.
We don't yet know what it will cost for swimming or what the pool bar will offer as in food and entertainment. I'm sure Holly and .Urmosa have their own ideas.
It will be good to have that asset bAck up and running with the other two bars and the new shop.
