It seems that many owners do not know of the efforts undertaken by our residents association ( AVCPA ) on our behalf since their formation in June 2015.  Including meetings with the Alhama de Murcia townhall demanding, local bus service, pharmacy and other medial facilities on site, post box, town planning relating to the resort, information on recreational area by La Isla, easier access to School buses etc etc.  below is a link to a translation for the relevant page on the associations website.

Hidden agendas with this lot!

Condado de Alhama is a beautiful place in Spain but needed public services to advance the complex and exemplary.
Signature on the link if you have some type of relationship with Condado de Alhama and want the best for all residents and visitors.
