assistance please

Hi - we manage a rental apartment on Mojon Hills - when the owners recently collected their keys upon purchasing there was no key to enter the pool areas. The solicitors and the selling agents didn't have one either. Just asking how we go about obtaining a key as we had guests arrive there yesterday TIA

Hi Nick - no replies but have found an office in Mazarron which is acting for the community - if you have the correct details regarding ownership or management then they have all the fobs for entry to pools and secure parking

Well done. Do you have the name and address in Mazarron please. I have all the ownership documents and certificate of occupancy etc. There's apparently a 'President' representing each phase or block but I'm not too sure what they do! Look forward to hearing from you soon.

I appreciate you getting back to me. Despite having to wait in line for about an hour and a half, they were able to resolve my issue when I visited their headquarters in geometry dash.
