Hi all - looking for some help on purchasing at TDLT - Basically, am looking for a 2 bed apartment (retirement property) for around £60,000 ish. If you could  please give me any info you have on these apartments and the good/bad points, including your thoughts on which are the best locations of the different Phases etc, I would be very grateful

Hi Chris,

I've put a whole bunch of information on the Phase 1 apartments on the Las Terrazas de la Torre owners forum

You should be able to get a good idea of the individual block orientations, which terraces will get sun in the morning, which will get sun in the evening, which are close to the pools, supermarket, bar, restaurant and clubhouse etc.

You don't need to register to see the information section but you will need to register if you want to ask questions.

I will be following up with maps of Phase 2, Phase 5 and Phase 12 and the various apartment floor plans for those too.

Hi Chris,

I was looking at available bank properties on the Solvia site. They have 425 Properties listed:

  • 40 x 1 bedroom from €40,500 to €47,600 average €45,152
  • 361 x 2 bedroom from €47,600 to €75,100 average €60,578
  • 24 x 3 bedroom €77,500 to €78,200 average €77,820

I suspect the majority are on Phase 1.

The differing prices will be due to property size, terrace size, orientation and whether they have a garden. As you can see, there are plenty of 1 and 2 bed apartments in your price range. You just need to get out and have a look at them.
