New fences

I have had the information re the proposed new fences around 3 of the pools on fase one I am amazed to find the cost will be 65,000 euros ! I was also told that an architect is being employed I don't think that expense is called for 

I am interested to hear what other owners think of this expenditure 

I was also thinking the same when I first read it I was going to email Henry for some more information on the fences 

dut will wait to see what others think

I believe there will be a letter going out to all owners shortly with details of options and soliciting feedback. I will post this on the owner's forum once I receive it from Resortalia. Until we receive this, any discussion around works and costs can only be based on rumour and speculation.

Does anyone think, now is not the time for such expensive projects considering we already have a large hole to fill?

With that in mind, would "Repair" be better than "Replace" given the current situation.

Hi Delandmax, what Duncan really means is his community fees have only increased by 40 Euro for the year no wonder he thinks it's reasonable!! Unlike some residents who's fees have increased staggeringly

I would like to back up Duncan.

Guess based speculation on next years budget, where we know every block is different, is unhelpful on a public forum. Please stop or put it on the Owners forum. Thanks.

My figures come from documented quotes. 6% increase on line 1 & 50/60% decrease on line 2.

No guessing or speculation involved. You are correct, every block is different.

I've removed all discussion relating to my block finances and the speculation around next year's budget. They are only reflective of my block and not representative of every block in the community.
