For a while now, I have informed the building companies Amaya and Patrimi ( Quara ) in order to get them aware of the “Certificado de Habitación” situation and asked them to put pressure on the Ayuntamiento. I have also asked our IU councillor to raise the matter.
I just got the information from Amaya that the matter will be on the agenda on the December 9 pleno. The Habitation will be ready before Christmas (yes, yes I have also heard that before)
