Dear Owners,
More than 200 litres/ m2 of water have accumulated in San Javier since last Friday due to the rain storm striking the Region, which has obliged to activate the 2 level alert in the Community and suspend classes in 29 out of the 45 towns
The situation generated in RODA GOLF since yesterday evening is equally serious. Although, fortunately, there is no personal damage to regret, many garages in the Resort have flooded, specially in phases 1 & 2.
Since yesterday, we have been requesting the assistance of the 112 to draw the water from garages, though so far they are exclusively dedicated to the rescue of people trapped in the most flooded areas. The Emergency Military Unit has come to Los Alcázares this morning with the same purpose.
Until the Emergency Units can come, the Security & Maintenance companies of the urbanization are drawing as much water as possible with pumps and cubas:
As soon as the circumstances allow it, we shall inform you in detail about the situation of each Community and Garage.
If you are currently in the Resort, we recommend that you do not leave the urbanization unless it is essential, in which case the only available access to the AP7 is through exit 786.
We shall keep you informed
