Hi long standing out of pocket client like everyone else since 2002.
Like everyone else on here waiting and waiting, now in the last cance saloon with a joint action group against the Bank.
Have been right through the process winning meaningless cases and waiting for 80k in Euros.
Noticed light at the end of the tunnel with people winning at last. About 8 weeks ago we got the final case win and the bank had 20 days to appeal. Our Solicitor is not the best communicator, something which a lot of people have commented on, nevertheless a very common one on here.
I don't want to name them but their initial starts with the same letter as "The beautiful Game".
I was under the impression that people were winning the lump sums owed by the bank. But the banks were appealing against interest and costs. My Solicitor has indicated the bank have appealed not against the lump sum, but indeed against the interest etc.
Personally I was expecting a lump sum in the not too distant future, then another fight against the interest?
Can anyone clarify or quantify the procedure as I've very loosely been told that it could be another 12 months now and I'm a tad miffed to put it mildly..
Cheers all....
KDL
