Does anyone know of anyone who has sold their option on an aptartment, I am thinking of buying another place in the UK and would need to raise funds, therefore i would need to sell before completeion.

I think you'll find you're not allowed to do this and have to complete. Ask your solicitor to check the contract. Cheers.
