Spanish Lawyers - Withholding Monies From Clients

Hi All,

won my case some time ago. had my deposit returned and was awarded legal interest.  i had to pay all my legal costs.

at first my solicitor told me that there were a few thousand euros still to come to me.  when i spoke with him over a year ago he told me that he still had some money for me.  now he doesn't answer any calls, emails etc. and he has kept the money too!  i still believe that he will pay me the rest of my money one day.  should I name and shame him on here? also, I believe his fees were far more than I was told when I gave him my business!

Quite shocking, the lawyer needs to be taken to task. ask about establishing your facts and if the lawyer is withholding money and failing to communicate, get them struck off.

If you want to share it for others to beware of this firm, thats your decision.
