Can anyone recommend a locksmith ? 

I have been quoted by a local man 100 euro just to gain access don't need a new lock as the keys are in the propert

That's around the going rate for this job which will take them 5 minutes to slip the lock normally using a sheet of mica

You can try Lock & Key 620 627 640 but I believe that it will be a similar rate
