Long Term Rental Properties Needed

You can blame the Spanish government for the lack of long term rentals... Spanish legislation turns your so called long term Tennant's into sitting Tennant's..that do not have to move out at the end of the agreement.. if they can prove it is their only residence which according to Spanish Law makes it their home. ..Making your property worthless on the resale market...many owners have ended up giving the keys back to the Bank.

Thanks for taking the time to reply to my post.  All our  long term rental contracts state it is a temporary contract and that the property is a second residence and have a start and end date.  Also, the vast majority of both our owners and our tenants are from northern Europe (99%) from the UK as we are online only plus all our transactions are done in English.  Perhaps we're lucky - or more likely careful - as we have never had this problem with any property we look after.
