Hi Sharon just got your post. I have a copy of the BG application from my solicitor I notice your app is on it. They have not included the initial deposit of 3005.00 euros in the money that they are holding for ours. Do you have any paper work that tells you the same? I am confused as to why the have not insured the whole amount paid to Palacios.

Hi Chris & Geoff,
The solicitor has confirmed the amount being the first instalment, but as with Marie is also short by 200 euro's and does not include the deposit of 3,000. I will check with the solicitors to why this is.
On you papers which you signed there should be a completion date, mine states May 08 and I''m in phase 3.

Do you also have a shortfall of 200 euros from your inital deposit on the bank guarantee?
I have also written to my solicitor so hopefully one of us will receive an answer!!

Hi Chris and Geoff,
The 200 euros was incorrect the solictor has confirmed it is the full payment of the first installment, but still await response on initial deposit.
