Want to move to Spain

Hi everyone,  well finally completed at last. I kow there will be quite a few completions coming up now the paperwork backlog has been cleared. With that in mind thought it might be a good idea to start a new thread with up to date advice and recommendations etc. I am checking out air con and additional security and will add to site later this week.

hi, all, just had my snagging done by Roy Howitt of inpsectahomespain.com

very pleased with the service gives a report in english and one in spanish to the builders, then checks later to see if works have been completed satisfactory.

nothing major wrong with mine  except boiler not fitted.
