GM experts notified us that the cases against Cajamar and Caixa bank have been won!

Obviously, they can go to the appeal court, but are likely to be upheld according to GM legal experts.

Hi, we went with GM Legal Experts in Guardamar del Segura, Alicante. Search the web for contact details etc.

They succeeded in getting our full deposit back. The process took over five years. Spanish legal system is very slow to say the least.

We also went with GM on a no win no fee basis. They succeeded in getting us our deposit back plus interest. Definitely worth contacting them for a chat.

HOLA all just found out from GM  Legal that High Court has regected the banks last appeal,so we will be able to be paid the rest of our money soon,I cannot thank Guadalupe and her team enough,

Please can I ask, when you say high court has rejected the banks appeal. What was the appeal for ? 

It's just that we won our case and we were awarded full deposit and legal interest. Which we have received .

However, We were not awarded legal costs, despite Guadalupe making this request to the judge. We did lodge an appeal to recover costs and we wait for the courts decision which is now over two years waiting. 

I just wondered if your appeal is the same or different to ours.
