Hi all

Just visited the web site after several months and delighted to see things progressing. However, I thought the general state of the golf course looked pretty crap. Maybe it's just the pictures but it looks at the moment like a council run, municipial rather than a 5 star course. Does anybody share this concern or has anybody been out there recentley  to check it out? I've got a trip planned for mid June so will check it out then. Club house and piano bar looking good!

Hi Paul

We went out in October last and the course looked well laid out and green for something so new.

The new pictures on the website look even better, I think for a course so young it looks very good, but I haven't seen other courses in Spain during the building phase? They have really progressed with the clubhouse.

Would be interested to hear your views again when you have been there in June?

Stewart

Thanks Stewart, that's reassuring.

Also, surprised not to see lots of comments about the apparent slump in the Spainish property market. Lots of conflciting press stories...it will affect, it won't affect...anybody got an views on our investment in Peraleja? If sales slow down on the resort, what obligations does the developer have to complete the project to the original timescales, especially all the facilities; restaurants, shops etc.

Also, anybody got any fun ides about what we call oursleves as owners of property at Peraleja? Peralejaians sounds a bit of a mouthful.

We visited Peraleja week before last. Things are really shaping up and you get a good idea of how the first phase will look. Still much work to do on roads etc around our property but the work on the villas looks good. I thought the golf course looked great. Of course its got bare patches etc but generally it exceeded my expectations for a new course at the stage its at. You can get a good sense of the rise and fall of the ground as well which makes it look much more interesting than some of the other flat developments close by. Word is they will open the course in October when the club house will be finished.

We didnt get any sense that sales were slowing down and they confirmed there will be a further price rise in June.
