Knowing of the problems with a lot of the properties and the ability of procumasa or lack of ability to rectify things, which could end up at the cost of the owner due to shear frustration it is important that the Communal Areas are fully completed and allowed to settle before the community have them snagged because we will get the cost if it is a rush job
Everything should have a logged certificate of completion.
Everything should have a reference
If the Urbanizations is split into Sub Urbanizations the problem will be worse because it will divide and separate residents now is the time that a solicitor should be overseeing everything because it will save a lot of money in the long run
A lot of Urbanizations have a web site to keep residents at home and abroad in touch with what is going on.
Yes these things cost money but if we contribute sensibly we can save thousands in the end
What are the thoughts of other residents of Las Kalendas ?
