We have just returned from Spain and have uploaded some new pictures (8 May 2007) which show how phase 3 is coming along.

The first eight at the top (south facing) have all been cleaned now so it looks like they should be ready for completion any time now. We understand that they are now completing them in blocks of 4.

Those of you who are buying on the first floor are advised to check that everything looks OK (especially ceilings and walls) as apparently when they had the heavy rain some of these were flooded because of leaks through the roof terrace. These have been redone but just check anyway.

It is all looking really good now, the pool is open and we tried it out whilst there - it was cold when you first got in but once you are swimming it is lovely (especially in the heat of last week - one day on the roof terrace the temperature reached 40c!)

See if you can spot what is missing from the site when you look at picture of the north facing apartments of phase 3.

Welcome back, thanks for the photos nice to see how it's moving very fast now.

Is the crane that's gone?

On our contract the completion date is the 30June, I wonder if they will bring it forward? saying that it's only 7 weeks away so will probably be around that time still. 

3 couples (you both, George & Carmel (young)  and us, have confirmed for the 27th up to now.
