Good to hear that there is somebody else out there in the same boat as us!! My husband and I have bought at Royal Dream and an apartment up at the Hills so double the trouble!! No not really, we are at the same stage as you. We are not unduly worried about the permissions at the moment, 3 years is a long time away and no more money is required until completion so we'll just sit back and watch! We already have a house in Alicante which we bought off plan in 2003 so we have been through the system before. Like you, if the development runs late because of licence problems etc we are in no hurry. The main thing above all else is that before we hand over the final payment we have all the permissions in place and our deeds. Our Solicitor has warned us that she is dealing with Trampolin at the moment at another development which is running very late! We'll wait and see.
