Costa Brava small property rental required for May and June 2008

  what worries me about getting planning permission for,
 this extra floor after the new major has been elected  is if they refuse,
 where does that leave us then ,why they have left it so late to ,
 try and get planning is beyond me.
 all this is going to do is delay the devlopement even further.
 aifos have put an approximate completion date in the contract,
but surely there are limits to what you call approximate.
 does anyone know anything about our legal rights regarding  completion date?

I have a copy of my contract here in the office I have spent a little time scanning it and transfering it to Google translate but as yet have not had the time to finish it. I am assuming all our contracts are the same. When I have done it I will let you know.

Yes there are legal rights - the best person to speak to is Rosa (the lawyer) as the law in Spain seems to be changing all the time.  I believe you are going to see her in July when you go over to Spain. There is no reason why you could not give her a ring and see what she has to say in the meantime.
