We thought you would be inundated with replies so held off....apologies. We note the thread is titled Parador? They are our agents and although have received much criticism on this and other boards we have no complaint.

We were pointed in the direction of Aldea (solicitors) and again we have no complaint.

During a visit in Oct 2006 a representative from the Parador Owners Club helped us arrange NIE numbers, Spanish Wills and Power of Attorney in two to three hours one morning of our stay. They (Parador) have answered our queries promptly, they provide monthly updates on the progress of our quad and we have, via Parador Choice, received alternative and in one or two cases, more economic, quotes for many of the extras (air con, paving, grilles etc)

Just to add that Parador should make sure that you have everything in place in order to complete. Masa advised us on the solicitor who is Abaco Aesores( Spelling? ) but Parador seem to use Aldea and Sue and Glynn/Rosita and Bob have no complaints so go for it.
