Change of address on vehicle registration document

  Hi All

Just to let you know we have received our Pre Inspection Letter today.

The visits to the apartments located in the same block as ours will take place during the week between 14/06/07 and the 20/06/07.

The inspection to the apartment will be a max. of 1 hour, you will be accompanied by a representative from the Client Care Department

Is anyone going on the same visit?

Just to let anyone know that might be going,  We are booked for Monday 18 June - Midday?      Only going out for night of the Sunday though due to work commitments.  Drop us a line if you are out at the same time?

Key Mare office told us charges for Water connection would be approx  E190 and Electricity E150. Has anyone else heard different ?

We were also booked in for the 18th, but Key Mur called yesterday to say that they would not be ready for that date and that they would be in touch when the property will be ready- has anyone else been put back?  They also said the the final completion and signing of the paperwork with the notary etc would take place "about a month" following the inspection - ideally we would get a definitive date so that flights can be booked - has anyone got such a date and does anyone know if they are supposed to give us a fixed date at some point?.  Judging by the most recent photos posted on this site (thanks to those who have) it does not look too far away.

Paul and Sue - on the subject of water and electricity in our letter they offer to apply for the connections - no mention of the numbers on the water  but a choice of KW's on the electricty at different prices (460-575-690-920KW) ranging from E110 for the lower to E205 for E920.  They have asked for E150 in relation to communal facilities and expenses.

We are also booked for the 18th and hav'nt heard anything to the contrary.  Good job as all the flights etc. are booked.

We have received a letter from Keymare advising us that completion for Blocks 1,2,6 & 8 is from 13th July onwards and for Blocks 3,4,5,& 7 the date is 1st August onwards. Perhaps this is of use to you.
