I sympathise with many of the buyers at Casares del Sol. I was one of the first and believe me it was hell.
Miguel did his best and then Cardiffs freelance services were employed which greatly helped, however at my recent visit on 12th Sept until 21st Sept I learnt that Cardiffs services were dispenced with by senior management on the basis of COST !!!!!
Interlaken are one of the most disgracefull companies I have ever had the misfortune to deal with and I think as much bad publicity as possible should be used against them.
Has anyone been given the glossy so called ' Property Owners Manual. Blocks 1 -15 Casares del Sol ?
In this manual the introductory letter written by the Chief Executive Officer - Mr Juan P Pena makes interesting reading. Please try and obtain a copy if you dont already have one. Jill or Tracy in the MLH office should be able to obtain one. The joke is that it was obviously written as though the site is fully completed and everyone is happily enjoying their 'luxury apartments'. What an absolute farce. I think he and his co directors must have searched for the cheapest and lowest calibre tradesman to build and finish these apartments in order to maximise on profit . The workmanship is rubbish and with a disorganised infrastucture in place. The appliances are a cheap quality and not at all robust and suitable for letting.
What finally made me decide to write all this is the fact that after writing personally to Mr Juan Pena in June of this year he hasn't even had the courtesy to acknowledge receipt of my letter even though I have reminded and chased a response via the offices of MLH regularly over the past few months.
Anyone that has any contacts with the press should try and get them down there to interview some of the buyers but in particular the Chief Executive Officer to ask him how he managed to write such a totally misleading introduction in his Property Owners Manual.
Best of luck everyone !
