Breach of Contract?

Hi All

We have purchased an apartment at San Cayetano with a view to renting and were wondering if anyone who will be living in San Cayetano fulltime has thought about offering a cleaning / key handling service.

Also if anyone will be looking for extra accomodation for guests or are even looking to move to Spain prior to their property being completed we are open to both short term and long term rentals when our property is completed around February next year.

We were unable to meet with our friends, the apartment we rented was managed by Property Progress Espana, the owner is very happy with them. They have a website www.propertyprogressespana.com

However talking to some owners we feel that on our site the best option will be long term rental.
