Any Spanish people in Atlanta?

Can anyone update me regarding progress of phase 3. Am signing next week and wanted to know whether anyone has accessed their property yet and if so in what condition it was. Having read about problems getting snagging done I am  reluctant to hand over all of the money if necessary work may not be done. Also is anything known about community charges etc. yet?

I'm buying in phase 3 too, I got mortgage offer early last week and am waiting for lawyer to give me a date on deed signing. I went out there 2 weeks ago and managed to get 10 minutes access to my actual appartment, was very impressed. It was all very clean and the fitted kitchen / bathroom looked quality. I haven't looked into snagging yet though. Also don't know about community charges.. To view your appartment you have to make an appointment, they apparently only do 5 viewings a day. I am in block 1 - the golf course around this area is yet to be developed, just an area of earth at the moment. Does anyone know approx time between signing of deed and getting keys? And has anyone looked into furniture packs?

Hi failedgolfer  -  went over to view my apartment (I'm in block 6) about a couple of weeks ago..in very good condition....only a couple of minor snags...  Apparently, after you sign the deeds you have 15 days to get them your snagging list...They will not do snagging before the deeds are signed...which is strange..  Contact the sales office on site for furniture packs. You'll have to just register interest cos apparently they don't have the info in yet.  Don't know about community charges myself yet.

Urgent notice to all phase 3 buyers, particularly block 1. We have just completed on purchase in block 1 and were shocked to find that our parking spaces and storage room are below block 4. We were told this is because block 1 has only 1 parking level while others have 2 or more as they are higher up the hill. Had we known when buying we would have only looked at apartments with parking in same block as it will mean unloading shopping etc before parking and will not be suitable if we let the apartment in future or it's used by friends or family who will not know where to go.

Hi, probably stupid question but do you complete and sign deeds once habitation licence has been issued?
