Deposit Refund

We bought in Almanzora last year, we have been told by others that Abogados Ross Legal Services are very strong.

Could anyone tell me anycomments from them before I contract their services?

we purchased in august 2005 but are with a solicitor recommended by our agent can we still change and would we have monetry obligations to her

Just about to look for a solicitor to sort out our purchase in  ACC?  Does anyone have any recommendations or perhaps details of solicitors which have been unhelpful!!!

I approached them last year to see if we could use them they answered that they would not be able to act for us till acc was fully licenced.
