Hi, read some articles from spanish news website that there has been some "goings on" within Torre Pacheco Town Hall, and that the Polaris Garden Centre and the Hotel Intercontinental on Mar Menor has been built too high, similar situation to issues on Costa Del Sol, is this correct? or have I mis interpreted the info? Could this mean that MM2 could be put on hold? Hope not, any update would be appreciated?

Another forum also is putting about the rumour that Polaris are having final build licen se refused because only two story high buildings allowed, Says Polaris have allready paid fine on Intercontinental hotel oversize. Am asking solicitor to investigate, if true will the whole of MMG2 collapse or will they only build two stories high - and lose money
Very cross with PW who should have communicated better and been honest- how dare they advertise on uk tv and treat existing customers like this

We will be very interested to see the outcome of this, as we are just starting on our search for our retirement home and we have an Inspection Trip booked to see MM2 next month. We will certainly report back to you after our trip - especially if there is no further information between now and then.
