Anybody there ? / Sofa Beds

Hi everyone,

                        I have purchased on dream Hills 2 and will completing on the 19th July. Cannot wait ! My family is made up of three lovely daughters aged 6 months , 5 & 11 and would love to meet new friends. I am having a 8m pool built in my garden but will not be complete for 5 weeks. Has anybody else done this? 

Really interested in changing my sofa to a sofa bed. Can anyone tell me who and where i should contact so i can start to get the ball rolling before i arrive. Also how much extra will it cost and how long does it take?

I am going to our apartment on wed 18th to check for snagging, is there a problem that is coming up in most apartments that i should look out for.

As far as I know no one has built a pool in the garden of the apartements have you confirmed with the deeds that you aere able to do this.

General snagging seems to be the finishing of the apartement IE: Tiling units in bathrooms etc.

For the sofa bed change if you don't take the plastic off and you find out where the sofa is coming from you can change it but it will cost extra if the original sofa is part of the furniture package

                  The property we have purchased has no one above us so we own all garden 103 sq m. We have just applied for the pool license now .

                                Will try and contact them tomorrow. We are going out for 3 weeks starting next Sat but not signing completion until the 19th. Hopefully we might have it delivered when we are there otherwise not sure what we we do. Where abouts are you from in Northampton , i live in Corby? We have not long returned following completion and can confirm that a Spanish man has already had a pool built in his land at the top end of one of the blocks of apartments - the builders were fencing it off and filling the pool when we were there, using words smallest hose pipe - may be full by September.....

Hi CULL MAC & CONRAD, small world indeed we live in Little Billing in Northampton till we move out to Spain next Jan/Feb. Cant wait maybe we could all meet up some Sat/Sun for a drink etc. Are you both moving out to live or just useing it as holiday homes?
