I have bought in block 31 and am told completion will be 8.08.07,can anybody tell me if this is fase 1,and has the pool area been finished?

Block 31 is on phase 2.

If you check the construction photos dated 29th June they show what the pool is looking like at the moment

Just click on the "construction photos tab" & select Al Andalus Thalassa

There are loads of photos.

Click on the "construction photos tab" - Select Al Andalus Thalasa - Drop down menu with loads of dates that photos relate to.

Note it has to be the one with Thalasa spelt with one "S"

We have three in 31, so its nice to say hello to you, if you check in other threads you will see some comments  regarding our experiences over the last week. There are updated pikkies of the veiw from our block posted in the foto section whick show exactly how things are progressing on phase 2..

Hi STU,WOULD LOVE TO SEE THE PHOTOS BUT HAVING TROUBLE FINDING THEM,I HAVE LOOKED IN THE CONSTRUCTION PHOTO,S BUT ONLY ONE PICTURE WHICH LOOKS LIKE IT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THALASSA.

Can only assume you have registered for the "wrong" Thalasa. It needs to be the one with only one s. If you PM me with your email address I will send you some of the photos of the pool. Noreen
