help!!

dear all.

i have purchased 2 x 3 bedroom Villas on this development through Foxtons, who i must say have been excellent.

i have been advised just recently that we are now in the 3rd stage of planning and therefore it is almost certainly going to happen and that building should start within the next 24 months!!

has anyone been to site within last few weeks ands if so what news do you have?

i have also heard that there is another development being built very locally????

any additional news would be welcomed.

I have herd that there is a second complex going up very near to ours, I'm going over on the 24th August to see my agents, Costablanca Houses, I will be going to the Builders and site I'll be there for three weeks but as soon as I get back I will post as much info as there is. may be photos?

My agent is still looking at the possibility of some construction by early next year and 20% by Jan 08

I have just received direct from Llanera a newsletter congratulating existing buyers that we have beaten a 10% price increase this month; they say that they are awaiting the final planning approval - "Aprobacion Definitiva" - in the near future, having secured initial approval on 3 January 2007. The reservation fee is now 6,000 euros and exchange of contracts deposit 30%,

i also have had the letter from developer.

i do feel this is a sound investment with excellent growth, however its important they make it different from the dozens of golf developments that are currently being built.

it needs to be different as to attract rentals away from coastal areas we need something special.

looking forward to it though i must say.

i have a house in Almeria and are over for 2 weeks in October, i will attend site and take some shots and try and gather any additional information.
