Power of Attorney

Hi

Myself and my partner bought an apartment in Marina del Castillo in Oct 2005 and have been back several times to check progress.  I noticed some of you are talking about phase 2 and it not going ahead.  Perhaps someone can clarify with me where phase 2 is?  Is this the piece of land nearer the castle and beside the main dual carriageway on which it looks as if some building work has started and then been abandoned?

Would really appreciate it if someone could clear this up.  Will be out in September and will be calling with Ros y Falcon to try and get more info.  More than happy to get specific info. for people, let me know!

Originally Ros y Falcon was going to build where you mentioned I think it was going to be called Playa Romana however the ruins plot got granted planning so they decided to develop there instead.

Phase 2 would have been to the side of Marina where the ruins are but that is not now going ahead. When you go check out the show flat, everyone who has seen it says they have not seen and quality like it.
