For those of you who have not got Propertunities as your Agent I have posted below a section of an email we have received today from Jeanette:-

Hi Elaine & Steve,

Just got off the phone from Vicky, of Mercers, and she told me the same. It was intended to release Polygon M15 first, but GM changed it to M14, now to be handed over as from 16th August. Apparently, there will be two Notarys at the each of the handovers, which will be made at either Elche (nr Alicante airport), or St.Xavier (nr the airport). She also said that she had been told by GM that they will be there for 3  days, each week, Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday - must be a lot of villas to hand over.

To any Mercers clents reading:- Vicky says that she will be getting in touch with all of their  clients, to let them know their final balance payments etc., and procedures for the handovers, but will NOT pass out dates until they are confirmed, apparently, some people have booked flights already based on previous information which has changed, and she does'nt want any of that. My thoughts entirely!! 

Never mind, we're nearly there.

Hi All

I received a letter today from my agent QSD dated 31 july, saying the construction company Masa has informed them that my property P-15-30 is now complete and ready for me take possession once I have made all the necessary arrangements, getting the solicitor to agree date and final payment etc.

I also received an e-mail today from my solicitor Ref Habitaion Certificate, see below.
