Hi Irenemontague,
If you look at the photo posted by Otterandy under date 20th November 2006 you will see that he has provided accurate dimensions for the store rooms - they are much smaller than the developer claims!
Regards

Hi Irene /Peter, don't mind you asking at all - it doesn't stand for anything, I was stuck for thinking up a user name for a website once and spotted the name on my computer monitor at the time and decided to use it....sorry for not having a better story .

Has the electric connection been sorted out for the storage rooms yet - Or is this still a snagging issue that has to be dealt with
Sorry if this has already been addressed but we are over soon and will need to be able to use the facility

Hi Mozza,
The storage rooms finally have electricity. The problem now is that in some of these rooms the light has been burning and there is no one with a key to switch it off.

Has anyone else got doubts about the size of storage room that they have purchased
Can someone advise how the size may have been determined
We supposedly bought a large one - semi sotano number 1 6m sq but it seems impossible to be able to get that size based on what we have measured
Are the ground floor ones bigger ? - They have metal doors and some seem to open outwards. Ours is a wooden door and opens in so not only does it appear to be small the doors width we cannot use
Any help would be appreciated as we need to pass to our solicitor if it is wrong
Thanks

Hi Mozza,
When we were over in March I poked my nose into one of the empty wooden door'd ground level storage units in our block on phase II just to see what we were missing out on, as we decided not to bother trying to buy one, and from what you and Irene say we're not missing out on much.
I've been in the flooring industry for 28 years and know what 6 square metres looks like and that storeage unit is not it. I fear square metres have been confused with cubic metres as from memory the floor area looked something like 1.3m x 2.2m - about 3 square metres. If the storeroom is about 2 metres high this would be approx. 6 cubic metres.
If my memory is playing tricks I apologise. I hope this helpd,
Jim

Hi Mozza, Sizes of Storage room at Don Juan. The price of 3.000 € plus VAT. The surface is 3,30 sq meters. There are also available in the garage level, which are bigger (6,47 sq meters) and the price is 6.000 € plus VAT.
as quoted at purchase via Lawyer. I purchased a 6.0 sq. metre, storage room, which holds 2 cupboards and shelving, (the metal doors on the lower area, are as a fire precaution so I was informed)
