Does anyone know

a. Are all the plots sold yet on phase 1(phase 1 I take it means 13. 14 15.16)

b. are there many re-sales waiting to go on the market (especially Eagles)?

Don't know if there is anything left on phase one but I'm looking for a re-sale Albatross or Open property and I noticed that there is an there is an Eagle for sale on Eye on Spain, direct from owners at 155,000 euros, have a look and see what you think.

hi,

when i was out in june there was still properties available on phase 1. a mix from milleniums, eagles, opens, albatros and greens. there was only 1 open plus. but these were all with the builder. i think there is confusion over what phase 1 is though, as on my reservation form, i am on phase 1 and i am on m11. my mum and dad are also on m11 and there reservation form says they are also on phase 1.

i did get a print out of what properties were still available, and there prices and supplements. that might have changed now as it was early june i got it, but if you email me with your info i can email you back with the info i know. i am also out there at the weekend, if that helps.

phase 1 is all of M10,11,12, 13,14 15 16, 24, 53 and i think 54,

there are currently 3 greens and 2 albatros resales on the eye on spain sales page.
