On the original plans there seemed to be paving as a driveway.
On the plots as they stand at the moment there is nothing. Does anyone know if they will be paving the drives?
Also, on a recent visit I say an eagle in m14 which has all the garden tiled . It looks great. Who did this and how much do they charge?
Any help appreciated.
Richard

Hi Rob,
Its not the lack of paving in the gardens that concern me, I'm more concerned on how I could get the car there in the first place, I don't have a 4 wheel drive, or a tank, and all of the pavements & gate steps I've seen seem a little on the high side!
Having said that, I might just have the gate bricked up (are you free, Tony 15-30), and extend the garden (will give you a shout, Rob).
Regards
John B. (15-32).

Hi John B
I will be free and have trowel and spirt level in hand.
It also make sence to brick the gateway up for those who are having pools in there garden it just gives you that extra room for a bigger pool or patio or bar-b-q.
Uumm were do you think you can buy the blocks from????
And when your walls finished we can nip to the bar and look at your wall from a different angle, what do ya think.

Hi all you wall builders, are you all joking again or are you for real. Won't there be something in the deeds about bricking up, and more to the point where are you going to put your car or cars if you have visitors????
You never know who reads these blogs either, so you had better oil your wheel barrow.
PS they count their bricks, I saw them at weekend 6,000,0000,0000, 012,345 I think he said.
You should see the paving stones, I think they are borrowing a few of the entry road, I have pictures of that too.

Hi Tony, (with kind regards to Janet),
You're on, neighbour, keep your trowel & level handy!
As you say, we'll check the bar from a different angle, but from 3 points, across the road at the Bar, from my Pool & Barbie ( which we will do frequently!!), and then from the bar at Erics Tavern ( sorry, Eric!!,)
Hey Rob,
I might need your services to get some blocks, but having said that, if we all go down to Erics Tavern, we could easily "remove" a couple (or two, three etc...), on the way home, alternatively, if you fancy a walk late at night, I'm sure that we'll find some blocks "lying around" which may fell off the "back of a wagon|"

Hell, anon,
I DIDN'T MEAN TO TELL ANYONE - anyhow we couldn't ask Eric if we could store the blocks at the tavern, my plan was to borrow a wheelbarrow from Tony, The builder, (you want some building etc. work done, he's your man! @15.30 Albatros), nip down to Erics Tavern, have a few jugs, and, when he wasn't looking, nick a few of his blocks- we would probably be doing him a favour, extending the Tav' for nowt!!!
p.s. If we get away with it, we'll hide the blocks in 16-79, I'm sure your missus & mine will not notice, they'll be too busy talking !!!
p.s. This posting is secure, 64 million, billion, trillion bit encripted, and will self destruct when we get our Habitation Certificate, so it will be totally unsafe until circa 3070AD.
Bueno noche, Amigos',
dos cerveza, por favor, uno grande!!!!
Mucho gracias don "anticipation" (don't know the Spanish for that!!),
Gotnon, Son of Anon!
P.P.S.The front door ain't a problem - lack of a back door could be!!!!

Hi everyone,
I have just been looking at the recent photos put on the site and I wondered what what was happening to our driveway access.
One of the photos shows a dropped pavement for access but most of them don't.
I am on M15 and I don't have any up to date photos. I wonder if anyone who has visited recently can advise me because I would have thought the pavement should be dropped for each property.
Davina
I have just spotted the previous entrys and it looks as though I won't be able to get a car in the driveway anyway.
Surely it is Masa's responsibility to to sort out the entry, it seems crazy if we have to pay someone to get the entry area lowered so we can get our cars in the driveway that Masa said we were going to have!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi Davina, just posted you a few photos taken 13th August. Photo 1 is looking down street with M16 on left, notice pavement build up to drive. Photo 2 is park space between 15 and 16 notice drive of M15 on right. Photo 3 M15 just lower down from photo 2 showing the end 2 houses before the space. Photo 4 taken up street from the park space. 14, 15 and 16 all are looking better now especially once the pavements are in and the gates are on. And when we were there the cleaners were very busy in M15 and the workers were busy laying paving stones on the opposite side to M15 which is M13. Hope this helps. R

Hi Davina, Having been down to the site and having seen the ares where the pavement has been lowered I would think these are for wheelchair access as some of them just lead up to blank walls. Cheers Ray

Hi,
Many thanks to Rang and Ray/Carol.
I can see by your photos that the road to the pavements is not that high, so no problem.
When my nephew went out, (some months ago I must admit) he said that the gap between the pavement and the drive way was huge and we would need a 4X4 get onto the property. Masa have obviously sorted this out.
