Spanish company checks

I've just read some posts on here that indicate some doubts about the proposed marina. My solicitor (Mare Nostrum in Torrevieja) told me in July this year that the marina now had full planning permission although he had no idea if/when any work was due to start.

Just wondered if anyone else has any further information regarding the marina?

Yes it has got planning permission. It is just WHEN or IF !!! I believe there were or are soon, some local elections happening which may have a factor as to when it happens.

I have been told but please don't quote me on it - that work on the Marina, if it happens at all will not be before 2010. But truthfully I don't think anyone is sure.

It may be worth finding out who is the intended builder and then contact them for answers....any ideas?

Gomendio have now stated that if the Marina is built it will be at least ten years from now.
