can we submit the Tax form 214 ourselves?

Hi,

Many thanks to all for answering my previous question about the Eagle sales.

Now I have one more - Can the underbuild be legally used as a bedroom,  as far as renting goes, when there is no fire escape?

I know that in UK it would  not be allowed, but I don't know about Spain.

I have an albatros with a large basement.  I have asked my solicitor about building 2 bedrroms there, here is her answer....

Dear Mr. Campbell,

Further to your email, you can build two rooms more in the basement but you
have to apply for permission in the Town Hall. This permission will be
granted if the basement has the requirements necessary for the habitation:
ventilation, windows, etc. The issuance of this permission will take several
months and you will have to wait for the completion of your house.

I actually did ask that, as we want to build 2 bedrooms, a playroom/store and another toilet/shower, the same answer applies.
