Certificate of non Residence

We have purchased a 2 bed apt on La Torre with just the one aircon unit in the lounge and asked Polaris for a quote to add a unit to each of the bedrooms - it was quite expensive.  Would appreciate to know if anyone else has added units to the bedrooms, or indeed if they are really necessary.  Is the lounge unit sufficient?  Would appreciate to hear any views and also if anyone knows or has had additional units fitted what a reasonable price would be.

The answer is that in the middle of summer you will appreciate the aircon in the bedrooms. We tried ceiling fans and it was hot at night.. I have just had it installed in both bedrooms at a cost of 1800 euros which I think is the same price as polaris world .

Depending on the pre installation the units could be more or less.

We installed with Polarisworld and thank goodness we did - We do think it is needed and we thougth the quote they gave was ok.   Our managment company who will look after rental for us have now advised us that with aircon in bedrooms we can charge up to £30 more per week for rental than those without
