Setting up an Ultrasound Business in Spain

I was over at La Torre earlier this week and picked up a statement for community charges payable for 06/07. I just wondered whether anyone knows whether the community has been set up and who the owner representatives are. I am assuming the charges have all been agreed but I didn't want to pay on face value. I haven't seen any minutes of meetings or basis for how the charges have been arrived at.

Am I missing some earlier correspondence?

I received a deathly silence on my earlier post below concerning community charges. For those of you that are owners are you paying your community charges (through direct debit) and are you satisfied that the amounts that you are paying are reasonable?
