Sorry, if I am going over old treads, But have any of you decided not to complete until the complex all finished. i.e once the indoor pool facilities are ready at the end of Oct.

I am just about to complete on 30.1.11 and wasn't sure if I can put off completion until these facilities are completed.

 

I would get the advice off the solicitor just ensuring that your apartment is totally exceptable

i am sure that they will not allow that , have you contacted  them .I suppose you could use delaying tactics ,have you spoken to them about your options.We have completed ,but we havn't been yet,have you any reason other-than the fact that you want it all to be usable.and dust free and noise free,understandable but they could not function if every-one wanted that and they don't ,some want to get in ASAP,so they can't please every-one.

Hi

I was thinking of doing the same and the estate agents advised me to say I couldn't get over because of work committments.

There are so many people completing that Key Mare will be up to their eyes in it and won't be too worried.
