ACCESSING YAHOO E-MAILS

We have just spent 10 fantastic days in our new duplex. We spent the first 2 days shopping, firstly Terrapilar for shower screens - they are being fitted when we go back in October,then for outdoor furniture in another shop in Antas- that was all delivered within 3 days. Then we went to a lighting shop on the road from Vera to Vera Playa and got all the lights including 2 fan lights,lamps, lighted mirror etc. The second day we spent hours in Lopez in Mojacar and got just about everything else we needed. Dave Baxter came and fitted all the lights, towel rings, loo roll holders, towel racks etc etc. he did a first class job and was very reasonable. So after that we could just relax. There were no major problems.When we arrived the upstairs loo was running water continuously but we reported it to Key Mare and it was fixed very quickly. Also one shutter was sticking and again they came and fixed it the same day. The outside areas still have a way to go yet and it is a bit noisy and dusty during the day when the builders are working but very very quiet at night and at the weekend. The pool area is very nice but would be nicer still with some sunbeds. Either you have to sit on the grass or carry your own furniture to the pool. It was great to meet some of the other owners and I think it will be a very nice community when it is all finished.

Really pleased to hear that you had such a good time.

We were in Spain for the last 2 weeks & visited the development twice - once for our inspection visit & once just to be nosey!!

We have seen the development 3 times now since Easter & we are very impressed with the vast amount of progress that is made each time. I am sure it won't be long until all the building work is completed.

Our apartment is ready & we were very pleased with the high quality & the very few minor snagging issues. All we need to do now is complete & we will be in shopping mode in October for very short visit but with a nice relaxing 10 days to look forward to at Christmas.
