The meeting referred to below is the one that we thought was being held in Spain on 15th September.

Horton3 is arranging a venue to hold a uk meeting in advance of the Spanish one, so that any queries, questions & issues can be raised.

Horton3 has set a date for 8th September.

It is not yet confirmed that there is a meeting on the 15th as detailed in the message from Ramps

the meeting did not mention spain for the 15th and there was talk of the u.k one just wished to clarify

We were intending to attend the pre community meeting in england but was not aware that any date was set. The 8th September is news to me. Can I please have details in order to make arrangements etc.
