Hi everyone, this is our first communication with the "Thalassa" forum. We have bought an apartment in Phase 2 Block 33 and like others are waiting confirmation of inspection and completion dates and have found information others have provided very interesting.  Other than the "Salinas" development next door which we know about does anyone have any clear information on development plans for commercial,leisure or other facilities in the general area around Thalassa and / or Vera Playa?

I ve bought in block 38 and like many others we are waiting for our date for completion. Anyway, what is the salinas development which I think you said is next to Thalassa.

Pueblo Salinas is the next development that runs alongside Thalassa. It is also a Key Mare development but in a different style to Thalassa.

Al Andalus Veranda is then the next development down towards the beach. This is only in the early stages of development.

Hi again, the reason I was asking about facilities planned for the area of Thalassa is that I know Salinas being developed next door includes for shops and other facilities but that part of the development is not due for completion for a couple of years. I was therefore interested what else was planned and its general location. I have heard some talk of a commercial centre and also possibly a new golf course? Anyone know anymore?
