IKEA furniture pricing in Spain/UK

Is your completion date 13th August for block 25 definite as we were in Spain 6th-9th July and aftersales (MRI) told us that only blocks upto 24 were almost ready for completion. We are in block  27 and our expected date is now Nov-Dec. We met Phil (Keymare) and he told us Sept-Oct  so we don't know who to believe.

For all you guys out there in Block 27 i just got this comment from our solicitor .

We are already in the process of completing some of the properties at Thalassa. I do not have date yet for your block, but it will be by the end of July or beginning of August. I will have a more precise answer on Monday as to when will the occupation license be granted. Once it is in place, it will be possible to complete.

our MRI rep indicated October and Phil KeyMare indicated Early August to me.......... We are heading over on the 11th August for 2 weeks (which was supposed to be to sort out our newly acquired apartment)......!! however we have in the interim rented an apartment for our duration but will aim to find out more when we are there.

Who are MRI? I keep seeing posts about them and I don't know who they are.

We don't have any news about completion yet for block 26 although we are hoping it will be possible to complete while we are there on holiday 2nd-11th August. Our lawyer will be available but I don't get any response to emails from Key Mare. I won't hold my breath!

MRI Overseas Property are the agents that we used for our inspection trip at Easter. Darragh MacAnthony, who owns the company was interviewed by Justin a few weeks ago

On the grounds that I may incriminate myself, I will say no more at this stage but I will explain in great detail on Friday if they haven't sorted out our lost paperwork for our NIE numbers!!
