news letter?

DOES ANYONE IN BLOCK 31 HAVE THE COURTESY VISIT DATE CONFIRMED YET ?  I WAS SENT AN E-MAIL FROM KEYMARE SAYING THAT IT WILL START WC 25TH JUNE AND COMPLETION FROM 30TH JULY BUT I HAVE HEARD NOTHING SINCE !

I would not hold your breath everything is slower than they say

we heard the week before they wanted us to go and obviously with committments coudl not go so our agents are doing it

 

 

 

Andy, I tried to confirm my date yesterday but was told our block had not been handed over for inspection yet and they could not tell me anything else. I am in block 32 and was supposed to inspect this week. Kris

PETRA FROM KEYMARE HAS TOLD ME THAT THE VISIT FOR BLOCK 31 WILL BE WC 9TH JULY,  SHE SAID THAT A LETTER  HAS BEEN SENT THIS WEEK TO CONFIRM THIS.

We are block 27 and I am told by Veronique (keymare) that the builders have not yet released this block for inspection.  I here blocks either side are released for inspection.

 

Is there anyone else out there on 27 to compare notes with. !!!!

We are in Block 28 & our inspection visit was this week (18-22nd).

We bought ours at the same time that another couple bought ground floor (left side of stairs) in block 27 & when I spoke to them earlier this week, they still hadn't heard anything about their inspection trip.

Andy, very nice to hear from someone in block 31, my collegues  and I have three in block 31 (two top and mine is bottom right) we have had no word as to dates as yet but where out last week to mooch around . Looks like the appartments are in full flow but the exterior  seems quite a way off yet , its only our speculation but  our gut feelbng is that  we  could be lookin at late july/ august with sept for completion , this is only our thoughts tho , things do move in mysteriose ways out there
