rentals needed

We have all been told basically we need to do a snagging viisit a lot of replies on this site are coming back with

that the snagging visit ws pointless and really has to be done when totally complete i.e roads etc

i am on phase 2 and have not been given any date what soever which for me is good at present

my question is what time shoudl one be done for snagging###cheers

I just returned from a snagging trip (phase1). It was a little premature as the site will not now be finished to October but I enjoyed the visit neverless. I bought 2 years ago so as you can imagine the development has changed dramatically.

Also I did find a couple of small problems with the finnish, the Keymare rep took note and informed me these will all be put right so I don't think it would be a waste of time to go.

It is also a good time to sort out the NIE numbers.

i cannot understand aout the snagging though

what if the pool etc area is not done also

The pool area will not be complete till August and the indoor area till October that was confirmed by the Keymare Rep on Monday when we inspected our property on Phase 1.

When you do a snagging list you are only looking at your property, not the facilities as i believe that will be down to the management company to sort out.
