hi          just  back from our inspection vist no major problems completion date 27 july  planning to go out in august apartmemt will be available september  .found a shop in mojacca [lopez ] that sells everything we need from t vs to can openers  ..

When did you inspect ? Which block ?Your completion date of 27 July seems really quick, but thats good. We have our inspection this week, block 9, and need to complete asap before mid August.

Our inspection week was 18 - 22 June & we have been given 23rd July for completion. Block 28 Phase 2.

This ties in with the 4-6 weeks after inspection, that we were told.

Hi Gary

Our agent, Medsea, inspected for us Monday 2 July (Block 12).  Everything ok .. few minor snags, varnish on internal door, sill needing attention, bathroom ceiling painting.  We should complete end July/early August.  Thanks for info re Lopez .. did they do the small flat screen monitor style tv's?  Any news from KM on the management company they intend to appoint?
