Selling a business in tenerife

I am coming to Spain on 23rd and I just want to check which motorway exit is the best one to take for Al Andalus Thalassa. Up until now we have always taken the exit for Mojacar but I wonder if there is a closer one?

We came off the A7/E15 at exit 534B.  Take a right at the island signposted "Vera" onto the N340a.  After about 1km, turn left at the intersection signposted "N332 Garrucha/Cartegena/Cuevas de Almanzora" and continue along this road for about 5kms, passing Comercial Vera on your right.  You will then go under a bridge, down the hill and arrive at the large island next to the Bull Ring.  I'm sure everyone can find their way from there.

Just for information, the back road from the development to Vera is now open, although it's still a bit of a track.

Coming from Vera, head down the dual carriageway from the bullring roundabout.  After the next roundabout, carry on down the bypass and take the last slip-road off right which takes you to a roundabout that goes under the road.  Carry on down that road (a bit like a track in places) and there's a sharp turn right, keep going and it brings you over the hill and down towards the estate which will be on your left.
